The first form helps us decide what housing situation your horse needs while waiting for adoption and legally transfers the horse into our care, so we can give it the love and attention you would want for it. The second form answers questions necessary for us to properly present your horse on our website and our blog, so we can attract as much interest as possible. We know this isn't easy.
